Sivý vrch
An easy ascent with one of the finest views of the whole Roháče ridge and Orava.
Juráňova Valley
A protected area whose finest part is a rocky gorge where a wooden path once ran. A loop from Oravice via the Umrlá saddle into the Bobrovecká Valley and back.
Baníkov – Tri kopy
A demanding but very popular loop from the Žiarska Valley via Smutné sedlo, Tri kopy and Hrubá kopa to Baníkov and back via Príslop.
Ostrý Roháč
One of the most striking peaks of the Roháče — the ascent leads via Rákoň and Volovec along an exposed rocky ridge.
Machy lookout tower
The Machy lookout tower stands above Zuberec — a popular easy-hike destination, reachable on foot or by bike.

Osobitá – Lúčna
The summit of Osobitá is closed for nature protection, but a seasonal trail leads from Zverovka via Teplý žľab and the saddle below Osobitá up to Lúčna.
Brestová
A massive grassy peak between the Pálenica saddle and Parichvost, reached from Zverovka via Spálený žľab and Predný Salatín. The ascent is only allowed from 15 June to 31 October.
